What we collect

• Account information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your email and subscription status — never your full card number.
• Feed data: the product feed data you submit for auditing (product ids, titles, prices, links, and related attributes) and the audit reports generated from it. We store it solely to provide the service — it is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't use your feed data to train models.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The product dashboard uses a single session cookie when you're signed in.

Data retention & deletion

Audit history is retained while your subscription is active so diffs and trends work. On cancellation, exports are available for 7 days on request and data is deleted within 30 days. Email us for earlier deletion.
