The service

FeedGuard provides product-feed validation, health scoring, and alerting, as described on this site. Features listed are the features that exist — we don't sell roadmaps.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• There is no free trial; monthly billing starts at checkout. Cancel anytime.
• Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal link or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the billing period. 14-day money-back guarantee on first subscriptions.

Acceptable use

• Only audit feeds you own or are authorized to manage.
• API keys are yours to protect; you're responsible for calls made with them.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No guaranteed outcomes

We validate against the documented channel specifications and known disapproval classes. Channel approval decisions belong to the channel; a passing audit is not a guarantee of approval, and v1 does not inspect your live product pages.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
